Mission Statement

At North American Martyrs Catholic School, we believe that education takes place within the whole person: body, mind and spirit. We, as faculty and staff, are called to proclaim the Gospel message.  Further, we believe that every individual person is unique and has dignity and value.  The creative gifts of God, found within every person, are designed to be used for the benefit of all.  The model of Jesus, the Master Teacher, is at the core of the Church's educational ministry.

Pre-School to 6th Grade

North American Martyrs School is a co-educational school with classes from pre-school to 6th grade. Located in Monroeville, on Haymaker Road, adjacent to the Western Pennsylvania Hospital - Forbes Regional Campus, our modern, air-conditioned facility is situated on a 25 acre campus of beautifully landscaped lawn and wooded areas with ample parking space.

Our school is staffed by state certified professional educators. The school is fully certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and accredited by the Middle States Association.

Our team of dedicated, professional educators is comitted to continuing the long history of education excellence that has been the trademark of Catholic Education.

2006 MARC of Excellence Award

North American Martyrs School received the MARC of Excellence First Place Trophy for Video. The MARC of Excellence Awards were established in order to honor schools that produce outstanding work in the areas of marketing, communications and public relations. Awards are given by MARC Advertising in conjunction with the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
